Albatross Junior Golf
Preparing Junior Golfers for Long-Term Success, Both On and Off the Course
Albatross Junior Golf supports junior golfers and their families in navigating the college search and recruiting process. About Albatross
Building trustworthy relationships
The Albatross Mentorship Program was created for prospective student-athletes and their families using concepts from the investment management industry. It applies statistical analysis to the decision-making process. Such analysis has been applied to other areas in sports such as baseball and popularized by the movie Moneyball but has never applied to the college recruiting process for junior golfers.
As a mentor, Albatross Junior Golf believes in building trustworthy relationships with clients, like a golfer with a caddie. An exceptional caddie learns about you and your team, your entire game, charts the course, shares knowledge to create a strategy, and is supportive every step of the way. Through this process, Albatross Junior Golf and potential student-athletes can set and manage realistic expectations.
